History

           History of West View Baptist Church

West View Baptist was founded on May 14, 1950. Over its rich 69 year history West View has continually been focused on reaching the community around us with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that it is the duty of every church to support local, national, and international missions. However, we also believe with all our heart that God has placed West View where it is for effecting His Kingdom's growth right at our doorstep. We minister continually within the community where we are located through monthly outreach, Community Meals, Food Pantry, and our Clothing Closet. West View is centered on the ideal that cooperation within the universal church is essential for the furtherance of the gospel and the growth of God's Kingdom.
